Agreement

By creating an account or using FuturePath Intelligence™, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and other posted policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

FuturePath Intelligence™ is intended for parents, legal guardians, and high school students with appropriate consent. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended educational purpose. Misuse, unauthorized access, scraping, harassment, or illegal activity is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

FuturePath Intelligence™ offers monthly subscription plans. Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Founder Access is available at $19/month for eligible early users while that plan is offered. Users can manage billing through the app when subscribed or contact support@theresourceologist.com for billing help.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings, and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. We do not provide refunds for partial months except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or cancel paid features until payment is successful.

We may change plan pricing or features with advance notice. Any price change applies to the next billing period after the notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with a revised last reviewed date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
