FuturePath Intelligence™ is built around families. We take data protection seriously and use technical and organizational safeguards to keep parent and student information private and secure.

What we collect and why

We collect only the information needed to provide educational planning tools, such as:

• Parent or guardian account details (name, email) for login and support.
• Student profile information (name, grade, age band) for grade-based guidance.
• Tracker items you create (deadlines, statuses, notes) for organization.
• Consent records to meet legal and safety obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not ask for unnecessary sensitive data.

How we protect data

Our protections include:

• Encrypted connections in transit (HTTPS).
• Row-level security so each household can access only its own data.
• Secure authentication and password protection.
• Limited access to backend systems by authorized team members.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To request help, email us at support@theresourceologist.com.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, safety, and support purposes. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your household data in line with our technical capabilities and legal obligations.
