Getting started

How do I get started?: Create an account, choose your account type, and complete consent if required. Parents and guardians can create family accounts for students under 18. Students age 18 or older can create and manage their own account. Then add your student's grade and basic details during onboarding to unlock the dashboard.
Why do I have to complete consent first?: Students under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to review and affirm consent before a student profile is created or stored. Students age 18 or older do not require parent or guardian consent.
What does the dashboard show right now?: A snapshot of your student's profile, grade-aware next steps for grades 9 through 12, and a summary of items you are tracking.
How does the opportunity tracker work?: Add scholarships and opportunities you are following, set a deadline and status, update them as things progress, and export your list to CSV at any time.
How do I update my information?: Go to Settings to edit your parent details and your student's profile, and to review your consent status.
